Email address. Only if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter. We use Formsubmit.co to receive and store email submissions. Your address is used only to send the newsletter — it is never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. Unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Usage data. When you visit the site, standard server and network logs may be collected by Cloudflare (our hosting infrastructure). This can include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We do not use this data to identify individuals, and Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs how it is handled.

We do not use Google Analytics or any first-party tracking scripts. We do not collect your name, address, payment information, or any other personal data.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. findlio uses cookies in two ways:

First-party cookies. Session-level cookies may be set to support basic site functionality (e.g. remembering that you dismissed the newsletter popup). These expire when you close your browser and contain no personal information.

Third-party cookies — Google AdSense. findlio displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show you ads based on your interests, prior visits to this site, and prior visits to other sites across the web. Google's DoubleClick cookie and related technologies may be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising. Third-party cookies — Amazon. findlio participates in the Amazon Associates programme. When you click an affiliate link to Amazon.ca or Amazon.com, Amazon may set cookies on your device to track the referral. This is how Amazon determines whether findlio earns a commission on a purchase. Amazon's data practices are governed by the Amazon Privacy Notice.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling third-party cookies will not affect your ability to read content on this site; it will only affect whether ads are personalised and whether affiliate referrals are tracked.

findlio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

In practice, the only personal data we may hold is your email address if you subscribed to the newsletter.
